Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on custom or made-to-order items unless there is a defect.

Contact Us – Email our team at info@mymoire.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Ship the Item – Once approved, send the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Processing – Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
